I placed my order on a Sunday night, and even though I didn’t opt for the tracked fast delivery, the Sony camera showed up the very next day. During the whole delivery process, I was in touch with Lorraine, who was just wonderful and replied to my emails right away. You folks should be proud to operate on a national level. I'm really happy with your top-notch service and will definitely be back for more. Thanks again for the awesome job. You all deserve way more than just 5 stars!

I ran into a bit of a hiccup with the audio and video sync when I hooked it up to my Samsung TV using Bluetooth. I reached out to the Falkirk Sony center, and their response was just fantastic. They provided a few options and assured me that if I couldn’t get it to work right, they’d gladly take it back for a full refund. Honestly, I was taken aback by how helpful and understanding they were—it’s exactly what you hope for from a company that truly values its customers. Normally, I would’ve sent the headset back, but their genuine concern pushed me to give it another shot. I fiddled with different settings and even searched online for Samsung Bluetooth settings. Eventually, I managed to get everything synced up perfectly, and now both my Samsung TVs work flawlessly with the headset. The headset itself is top-notch and deserves all the praise it gets, but the real MVP here is definitely the Falkirk Sony Centre. Their response was absolutely outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
